After completing my sports career at the end of high school, I needed to learn how to create my own workout circuits and schedules. I no longer had coaches advising me with how to exercise; therefore, I turned to trainers on youtube to help! Now, I combine different exercises that I have learned from various different trainers and videos. I mostly turn to youtube for ab, HIT, and dance workouts.
Chloe Ting gained extreme popularity among teenage girls during quarantine. She has a “Two Weeks Shred Challenge” and a “Get Abs in Two Weeks Challenge.” I personally enjoy Chloe Ting’s workout because they are challenging for me, and I can truly feel the burn in my core. Additionally, Chloe Ting incorporates a 10 second break period in between sets of exercises. She has an encouraging and calming voice layover during the workouts.
Pamela Reif shares very intense workouts. I have completed her “10 Minute Ab Workout No Equipment” and “10 Minute Six Pack Beginner to Medium Level.” Her exercises are back to back, and I found her workout videos to be so hard that I had to take my own breaks. That being said, she shares one of the best ab workouts I have ever done. She has unique exercises that target different parts of the body. I also enjoy her choice in music.
I am one of the biggest fans of Madfit’s dance party workouts. It is one of the most enjoyable forms of exercising that I have ever done. Dancing has always been a way for me to let loose and have fun, and Madfit ensures that you are working different areas of your body while doing so. She creates dance workouts to a mix of songs by artists such as Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and Taylor Swift.
