Yasaman Sheri is is Creative Director, Designer and Researcher. She explores sensing and perception in humans, machines and living things and ways technology can augment. She has led design interactions in Augmentation from Head Mounted Displays for Micorsoft Hololens to Autonomous Driving Interfaces for GoogleX, exploring sensors as embedded bits that change our relationship to our body and environment from a systems level. Most recently Sheri worked with Ginkgo Bioworks on biosensors that sense smell and taste, sketching interfaces for bio-sensing and micro-organisms as living garments. She is also an educator, teaching sensory design at Copenhagen Institute for Interaction Design (CIID) and Graduate Industrial Design at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
