The RET Project requests participation in an Annual Tracking Survey for 3 years after participation. A signature below indicates your agreement to participate.I understand this RET project involves participating in research and curriculum development activities for six weeks (June 17-July 31*) during the hours of 8:30-4 pm in the summer of 2024. By signing digitally below, I am committing to working full time on the research and curriculum development and attending all workshops, industry visits, and presentations. *No activities June 19th or July 4th (Juneteenth/Fourth of July. July 5th will be a remote work day)
