Baseline electrical testing can be performed in our group. We operate (1) a Keithly 4400 with SMUs for leakage current, capacitance, and loss tangent analysis, (2) an Aixacct TF2000 ferroelectrics tester with a 500V Trek external amplifier, and (3) a home-built 4-point probe. All are integrated into a modular probing station.

Multiple group members use the testing suite.
