Downloading the National Park Service App

At the bottom of the home page, the National Park Service (NPS) advertises for their official app. Users are given the option to download the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play. The app icon, shown below, will begin to download after you have chosen your application provider.

Once the app is downloaded, you are prompted to explore the NPS.

Users have the option to find a park. Here, we used the example of Acadia National Park. Once you search your chosen park, it pulls up a park profile with a bio, images, activities, fees for admission, maps, self-guided tours, and visitor centers.
