Case Study speaker in the news

PICTURE 1. RICHARD ALLEYProfessor Richard Alley of Penn State will be the speaker for our Case Study session on Feb 4th.

It was just announced that he will receive the 2015 BBVA Foundation Frontiers of Knowledge award in the Climate Change category.  These international awards are intended to support and recognize individuals and teams working for a better future for people through the advancement of knowledge, innovation and culture.

He’s both a brilliant scientist and a fascinating, engaging speaker.   I’m very happy that he was available to present in our class.

More information about the award can be found in this Penn State news announcement.
