This class was by far one of my favorite classes of my freshmen year. Having questions of the day made class fun and interesting. I specifically remember the first question of the day and how it eased the nerves of the first day of class. The first day of college, seems intimidating, and having this class made it comfortable and adjustable to this new experience. Everyone question of the day comes with many crazy and bizarre stories that are shared from my classmates and professor.
I liked how we would get work done and learn about rhetoric and civic life while also having fun with it and making many memories. The class itself has made me understand the many uses of rhetoric and how it is used in daily life. It has opened up my mind about the different ways of how to talk and persuade others. This class has also helped me with public speaking. Before, I would be afraid of speaking in front of others and presenting in front of a class. Now, even though I still get a little nervous and anxious to present, I have gotten used to it and have learned different ways to help control my nerves.
