Logline: A group of Penn State first years take on another movie night, with all the fun and challenges that come with it

The documentary will be filmed in a performative style. The plan is to film moments of an event and get interviews with the people in the film. It will be somewhat similar to the way The Office is filmed, but it will all be real events and reactions, and the interviews will be filmed the next morning.

The film will be about what happens during a typical floor movie night. The documentary will feature how the students pick the movie, the movie set up, and events before, during, and after the movie. Interviews will be filmed either that night or the next morning depending on how late we’re all up.

The hope is to film what a typical night is like in Brumbaugh Hall and to create something that captures our lives during our first semester at Penn State.
