1. REU Mentors Needed
Are you looking for an opportunity to add service, teaching, and mentoring to your vita? The Multi-Campus Research Experience for Undergraduates is looking for faculty and graduate student mentors to help with the 2020 summer REU program. In summer 2020, the program will operate remotely, with all projects framed to be a virtual experience.
Each undergrad student in the program is a Penn State student who is currently based at a campus outside of University Park. The students have been selected to participate in an REU program June 1 – July 28. They each have one primary faculty mentor based at their home campus. We are seeking mentors normally based at University Park to serve as the second mentor on the project.
Being a mentor is a great way to grow your network and gain experience. The MC REU program fosters this experience in a way that is low-impact and low time commitment! To learn more, please see the form linked below.

The E-Board nomination period has been extended! If you or someone you know (with their permission of course) are interested in any of the positions please feel free to complete the nomination form.
The positions include:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Social Chair
- Web-Master
- Recruitment/Retention Chair
- Volunteer
Please be prepared the tell a little about yourself and why you should be considered for the position. The nomination period has been extended to next Wednesday, May 13 at 11:59 pm.
