Hosted by Penn State Health & Wellness, Love Your Body Week (Oct. 11-15) seeks to “enable students to consider their own body image, recognize negative self-talk and develop a stronger sense of love and positivity [toward] their bodies and everything bodies do for us.”

Throughout the week, many events were held to encourage body positivity and self-love. We were able to host Canva & Chamomile, a virtual event over zoom in which participants used Canva templates to document things about themselves and their bodies that they loved or were proud of.

If you’d like to do the Canva & Chamomile activity on your own, you can use the templates linked here! You’ll also see an example of a template I completed. We suggest listening to some calming music, and doing this activity in a quite, comfortable setting. You can print the templates and make your piece by hand, or download them and use them virtually. Either way, we hope you enjoy this activity and find some new things that make you, you!
