The successful applicant will perform research in the interdisciplinary areas of flexible electronics and multifunctional structures in the Advanced Structures Laboratory. A Ph.D. in materials science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, aerospace engineering, or other relevant fields is required. The successful applicant must have extensive experimental experience in at least one of the following areas: optoelectronics, bioelectronics, nanomaterials, flexible electronics, printed electronics, micro/nano-fabrication, and MEMS.

The M.S. in Aerospace Engineering is a thesis-based master’s degree having a significant research component. It requires a minimum of 30 credits and is designed to be completed in two years.
