The AV-III-600 is equipped with three RF channels suitable for triple resonance experiments and triple resonance TCI cryoprobe with Z-gradient attachment with enhanced sensitivity for ¹H and ¹³C. The instrument is suited for the study of complex biomolecules, metabolomic and one- and two dimensional ¹H and ¹³C NMR experiments on small molecules.

In addition to the cryoprobe, a QXI (1H/31P/13C/15N2H) and a TXI (1H/13C/15N/2H) RT probes are also available.

The instrument is able to run experiments using Non Uniform Sampling (NUS) that removes a time barrier for high-resolution multidimensional NMR spectroscopy. It is especially useful for multi-dimensional experiments in biomolecular NMR, where time savings up to a factor of 4x in 3D experiments or 10x and even more in 4D experiments can be achieved.
