Although this is just a rough draft, as I still have a LOT more information and slides to add, here is what I have so far:
I’m not sure what feedback I am really looking for here as I have a lot of ideas for this project and am just struggling to put them together in my head and organize it all. All I know is that this is just a VERY rough draft of my slides, and I will be adding a lot more information, along with organizing it all a bit further. A piece of advice I could use on this is just general ideas of information you think I should include, or something you would like to learn more about in regards to the topic.
I know you commented this on one of are other group members posts, but it is very hard to critic your slides without an outline. I do however really like your slides and the pictures you have chosen. I think they are very good. I can not wait to see the speech that goes along with the slides. I know it will be amazing based on your past experiences.
I am going to go solely off of your images here because like you mentioned, this is a rough draft without words or any additional information, but was for your images so far I can’t find problems with them. My primary comment that could be a concern for the future is that with the images as the slide background, there may be some difficulty with the readability of the information on your slides. Despite that potential issue, I do really like your slides, and feel that the iconic spiritual images presented on each that represent various forms of spirituality throughout time act as a good way to anchor your listeners to major shifts in spirituality that you will be discussing.
I like that your slides do not have any text, I think it makes them look clean and professional, like Katie said without an outline or text on the slides, it is hard to know how you will be breaking down your ideas in regards to your slides. This being said I trust that you will match each slide with engaging information. Aesthetically everything is on point.
I really liked how minimalistic your slides are as it allows the audience to get a visual reference but focus on you. I am not completely sure how the images fit into your presentation but I am sure it will be explained in your TedTalk. But the images you picked were really nice and I’m sure it will make more sense to me after watching your TedTalk.
