My Fitness

My most invested hobby outside of school and other involvements is my fitness. At the start of my first semester, I began to weight training. As a lifelong athlete, I always found importance in having a strong balance between the mental and physical aspects of life. Going to the gym certainly improves both categories and makes you look better in the process, so it is a win-win-win situation. Nonetheless, seeing results takes time. As you can see in the photo above, I am not jacked yet, and I am wincing on this last rep. In spite of my lack of gains, however, I have come a long way since the first day I hit the gym. Truth be told, fitness is a learning curve of its own. Yet with patience, effort, and open-mindedness, we can all reach our highest exercise goals.
