The 18th IC-NOCMAT 2019 will provide an international forum for information dissemination and exchange, discussions, and debates on research and practice in a range of sustainable and innovative construction materials and technologies. The conference is expected to attract a wide range of academics, scientists, researchers, students, builders, designers, NGO field-workers, specifies and other industrialists from a wide variety of backgrounds, including fields of architecture, engineering, materials, sustainable and ecological technologies, biomaterials, materials sciences, and environmental engineering. The conference should also be of interest to specialists in geography, economists and administrators of natural resources.

Registration Fees

Registration fees, listed in USD, will cover conference attendance, coffee/tea breaks, lunch each day, a welcome reception (7/24) banquet (7/26), and a conference pack. Purchase additional Event Tickets for accompanying persons.

Registration will include the cost of the pre-conference workshop (Designing with Bamboo) on Wednesday, July 24, that will feature trainer Sebastian Kaminski, Senior Structural Engineer, Arup (UK).

Late and on-site registration, after June 30, 2019, will include an additional USD 15.00 charge and can only be made online with a credit card (Included in total listed in the below table).

Confirmation

Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your registration by email. If you do not provide an email address, you will receive confirmation by postal mail. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Substitutions

Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.

Refunds

If your request to withdraw is received at least 15 business days prior to the first day of the conference, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by email to psuconferences@psu.edu or by fax to 814-863-5190. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal.
