- Tech Academy
- Tech Academy is a CANVAS module designed introduce you to free technologies provided by the University and how you may use them in your courses. In addition, this course will introduce you to the University Libraries, Media Commons, ways you can get help when completing a research assignment and support on creating AV projects.
- You will receive an invitation to complete Tech Academy in your PSU email.
- You will find Tech Academy on your CANVAS dashboard (Https://canvas.psu.edu)
- Complete the modules and assignments in order by the deadline listed in the email. It should take about 2 hours to complete.

- Advising Support
- If you have advising questions about the courses you are enrolled in, your major, or anything academic related, our advisers are here to help!
- Should you need to make any changes to the courses you scheduled during NSO; maybe you retook your ALEKS placement exam or decided on a different general education course, please call our office at 814-898-6164.
- IT Support
- Have questions about laptops, connectivity, WIFI, email or anything IT – our IT team will help!
- Purchase books
- Sign in to view materials needed for your course.
- Required books are viewable in LionPATH.
- Search by ISBN number if not purchasing on PSU bookstore.
- Students can charge up to $500 on their student account for books.
- Purchase a Parking Pass
- Be sure to reserve your parking pass as soon as possible using the online form.
- Review campus parking maps (available on website).
- Post NSO Resources
- If your question begins with “How Do I…” check out the link to get answers to everyday questions.
