Opportunity to test recipes and/or work on a cookbook on West African Cuisines

Fran Osseo-Asare, an internationally renowned expert on African cuisine who lives in State College, is currently writing a new West African cookbook. She is recruiting interns to work with her on the book and volunteers to help test recipes.  See her notices below.  Don’t miss out on this opportunity to work with Fran if you are interested in learning about African cuisine!  An internship with Fran would look great on a student’s resume.
