The Food Science Department has just announced a new special topics class that nutrition students should find interesting and very relevant. FOOD AND PROBIOTICS FOR GUT HEALTH – FD SC 497F  Learn more about how Fruits, Vegetables and Probiotics impact gut health – particularly in prevention of chronic disease states such as Cancer and Obesity.
