Opportunity for Central PA students to have a professional mentor

See the message from PSU Alumna Kilene Knitter below if you are interested in becoming a Mentee.  If you are currently a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and a resident in one of the 23 counties covered by the Central Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics you can become a member of CPAND for free.  They also offer scholarship you may qualify for.

 I am the Mentor and Education Co-chair for CPAND and we’re looking for students who are interested in joining and becoming mentees!

Qualifications to be a Mentee:

  • Active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Central PA Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Student or newly credentialed RD/RDN or DTR
  • Desire to have a Mentor assigned to assist in his/her professional development
  • Willing to dedicate one year to fostering the mentor/mentee relationship
  • If you are a CPAND member and wish to become a mentee, apply!
