Kandle Dining Services provides food service for camps and conference centers.
In the past few years we have developed a program for Dietetic students to work with Kandle during the summer season. Students that work with us will gain valuable hands on experience and knowledge with the numerous diets of summer camp. The students work under the supervision of a registered dietitian and will have the opportunity to learn skills such as safe food handling, common food allergens, food production and time management.
