Our main unique selling propositions are the paired app and our team up strategies. Through research we have become aware that the demand for the physical product isn’t as high as the supply. We know if we want to enter this market, we have to be creative and think of ways to persuade someone to buy our product. We also are aware that we are living in the information economy, where information supply is so high and the context and ability to understand it is so low. This is where our app comes in, combined with the physical product, gives consumers the ability to see and understand the quality of their water through a format that is both fun and stimulating. This means the app must have a well-designed user interface, fast loading time, strong data security, and be user friendly. This app would be real time, and do things such as alert you when the water quality of your home changes, notify you of quick statistics about your water, assign your water a grade or score, and educate users on what clean water is instead of throwing complex words at them like pH, turbidity, chlorine levels, lead, bacteria, etc. We understand that in today’s time, consumers do not have hours to spend searching through their water data to determine quality or trends. We aim to do that by giving consumers visual information and explaining all concepts in layman’s terms. For example, graphs, charts, point systems, etc. We also believe allowing the network of users to expand is important and want to add features to enable consumers to compare water qualities with their friends, families, and neighbors.
Another unique strategy we want to employ is teaming up with other companies who complement our products to provide additional value to consumers. For example, we team up with a real estate company. We could run an analysis on their water quality and grade it based on our algorithm. When we provide that to the real estate company, they may be able to use that as a selling point in their business (This house captured an A rating in water quality!). We also believe we could partner with a filtration company to not only provide understandable information but provide a solution. We believe a lot of value would be added to the consumer if we allowed them to bundle our services with filtration service. This would mean the data would be tracked and quality would be measured through us and if the water quality were to dip, we could remove the stress from the consumer by sending our filtration team right away.
