President: Ricky Waltz
Runs the meetings, finds new ways to expand and grow the club, oversees finalization paperwork for all trips/events, is the face of PSOC.
Vice President: Victoria Kotwica
Runs/oversees internal meetings, helps get trips off the ground, finds new ways to raise funds.
Treasurer: Tim Hackett
Oversees all funds, reimburses members for trip-related expenses, plans funding allocations.
Secretary: Ali Fervor
Keeps meeting minutes, updates the PSOC Officer manual, primary handler of participation agreements.
Social Chair and Freshman Outreach: Andy Cook
Heads initiatives to expand and improve the PSOC community with a focus on recruiting freshman members.
Canoe Division Chair: Isaac Bressler
Coordinates our club’s extensive paddling activities.
Activities Chair: Lindsey Fritz
Coordinates meetings and activities beyond scheduled trips.
Gear Manager: Joe Marin
Maintains outing club gear including backpacks, sleeping bags, etc.
Backpacking Chair: Jack Guay
Specializes in all things backpack camping related, teaches backpacking skills to new members, facilitates trip planning and administration.
Webmaster and Historian: Connor McInerney
Keeper of club maps and lore, updates website.
Philanthropy Chair: Austin Gunson
Leads PSOC’s efforts towards supporting and benefiting THON.
Advisor: Jen Emigh
Our wonderful faculty advisor and director of Penn State’s AURORA programs.
