Accessibility Report

After using the screen reader, I’d say that my writing skills are more developed than they were years ago. However, I feel that from a perspective of writing a blog story, writing in the style of a persuasive paper is not going to really make much of a difference for my issue. In fact, I think that my arrangement could really use some work on the organization. So I’d like to take a moment to describe the major changes I’d like to make to the site as a whole.

First and foremost, I’d like to really split all the articles I do by category. Basically, I want all the tweets I do on their own page, all the Instagram photos will be on their own page, and so on. This means that I want to organize my site a lot more so that finding each of the pages can be much easier to do and less of a hassle. However, I am not sure whether I should have the newer posts come on top or if the older ones should be the first to find. Right now, the older posts are at the bottom of the lists and the newer ones are now on top. However, I would want to ask my professor if I should keep the tweets and posts I’ve made to use for the final report I will present to everyone in the class.

Secondly, I’ve set all the posts under the Schoolwork category, so it would be best if I were to take all the posts and re-organize them again in the same manner as I have with their respective pages. Like with the posts, I would want to ask my professor about whether I should keep various posts for the final product at the end of the class.

Finally, and most importantly, I should really begin to work on making the main article of the blog front and center. In other words, I want to make the readers see the report in full the moment they enter the site. It’s a good way for the readers to really get themselves right into the work that I’ve put into this topic and what I wish to make changed in the community. I just need to really learn more about designing the web page more to my liking. I have worked on a website before, but it is also a blog and I have abandoned it due to lack of interest. But what matters is how many people I can manage to influence in advocating the construction of a new set of academic buildings for Penn State Abington.

As the semester is beginning to come to an end, I need to really get working on the final product of my website. And that includes working on the main article draft. I have to put all the things I want to use together and make it so that it would be easy to read and understand what I am proposing. So overall, I’d have to ask my professor what I should really try to incorporate into the final site in a manner that I can understand. As this class is part of the major plan of study I intend to do at Abington, I have to make sure I can write like this is a serious writing plan I would do in the real world, so it’s make or break time.
