In a neighborhood like Brooklyn where space is a valuable commodity, the ability to transform an existing space can be even more important than building a new one. The rejuvenated bar and restaurant is around 3,000 square feet in size, and features a fully stocked penny bar finished with Shou Sugi Ban wood.
