Toshiko Mori is a Japanese architect who graduated from the Cooper Union School of Architecture in 1976. Following her graduation from Cooper Union, she worked for Edward Larrabee Barnes, an architect from Illinois. She established Toshiko Mori Architect in 1981, and taught at the Cooper Union School of Architecture from 1983-1955. Mori joined the Harvard GSD as a tenured professor in 1995, where she still teaches. She served as the chair of the GSD for six years (2002-2008). She has also taught graduate students at Columbia and Yale as a visiting professor.
