True north is a residential community built with prefabricated Quonset Huts. The strategically placed, semi-circular steel structures serve as an example of community organization that facilitates both privacy and interaction in clustered housing neighborhoods. Although the outer shells of the huts are corrugated metal, EC3 opted for a more residential look finish on the interiors, demonstrating the versatility, convenience, and customizability of prefabricated steel structures.
