About The Political Song Series

The University Libraries Political Song Series celebrates the history and legacy of political and protest songs. The series highlights the music of many nations and time periods that has contributed to political dialogue, shaped cultural landscapes, and inspired movements of social and political change worldwide. The Political Song Series is supported in part by the Kerry and Janice (Harms) Kissinger Libraries Excellence Endowment, the Steighton (Steve) A. Watts, Jr. Endowment, and the  George and Sherry Middlemas Program Endowment for the Arts and Humanities Library.
