2010 NASA Intern

Kayla Aloyo conducted research at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center as a Propulsion Academy RA over the summer of 2010. As an intern, she worked to develop mechanical models, and created a virtual instrument in LabVIEW to attain a desired control. Kayla received B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering & Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. She is now a Space Launch Systems Rocket Propulsion Engineer at Boeing, the world’s largest aerospace company.
