The Audio Engineering Society is an international society dedicated to the advancement of audio technology founded in the United States in 1948. There are over 95 student chapters across America. The AES holds conventions here in the US and overseas with the intent of sharing and dissimulating research and technological advancements in the audio discipline.
The PSU Chapter
Here at Penn State, the AES is an outlet for anyone interested in audio technology looking to share that interest with others. We coordinate educational events such as speakers from the industry, as well as relaxing evenings listening to new speakers and music, sharing our knowledge.
