ABSENCE is a student-published literary and visual art review that provides a forum for creative work produced by Penn State Greater Allegheny students, faculty, staff, and alumni. In addition to its stated mission of generating interest in the arts on our campus and in the surrounding communities, ABSENCE helps to prepare students for careers in academia and publishing while offering opportunities for students to earn Penn State credit for their editorial work.
ABSENCE is coordinated by an affiliate faculty member of Communications, Dr. Clifford Manlove.
