• Uniform Shirt: Shirt Size; Name to be Embroidered (if desired)
• Uniform Pants: Waist Measurement (inches); Inseam Measurement (inches)

Orders are payable by cash to the officer delivering your merchandise or by check made out to Mine Rescue at Penn State.
