Registration

Register online here via credit card or download the PSU-OLI registration form and pay by check, money order, or purchase order payable to Penn State. A letter of authorization to bill your employer or organization is also acceptable. The letter of authorization should be on your company organization’s letterhead. Payment in full must accompany your registration. When registration is complete, Conferences & Institutes will confirm your enrollment and may provide additional information. Confirmation and information will be sent to the email address that you provide when registering. Enrollment is limited, so register early.

Fee and Registration

The course fee is $1,500 per person. Group discounts are available and include $2,500 for three seats and $5,000 for ten seats. Registration for group rates must be done by paper application only and cannot be completed online. The fee covers all instruction and access to online materials. Space is limited to the first forty participants.

Continuing Education Units

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are based on a standard of 1 unit per 10 hours of classroom instruction. Upon completion of this course, each participant will be awarded a certificate for 1.5 CEUs.

Course Policies

Refund – Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation request is received by June 22, 2020. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by fax at 814-863-5190 or email at PSUconferences@psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.

Cancellation – PSU-OLI Systems may cancel or postpone the course because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the course is cancelled or postponed, the course will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other costs, charges, or expenses.
