1) Re-visit your lesson plan and add in a Classroom Assessment Technique – which would you add and why? How would you use the information you glean from the CAT to inform your next lesson?

2) Using your course syllabus and recently designed lesson plan, create a table to check for alignment at the course and lesson level


3) Look at your course syllabus. Consider the assignment types, weights, grading scheme, etc.

Describe your overall satisfaction with the current grading scheme you are using. Are you happy with it? What would you change and why? Write a few paragraphs describing your improved grading scheme – including overall set-up (points or percentage), assessment items, relative weights, grading scale and the rationale for your decisions.
