I had an interesting situation where I was talking about sleep (or the lack of it). It’s important to get good sleep not just to feel your best but to do your best work. For quite awhile, I’ve been working under the impression that I need to be “on” 24/7. It is time to reconsider this philosophy. I’m hoping this will make a difference in my work and in my life.
