Reservoir Studio and Potters Water Action Group at the Pennsylvania Art Education Association Conference in Philadelphia

On Sunday October 9, 10am, Reservoir Studio and Potters Water Action Group (PWAG) will make a presentation at the Pennsylvania Art Education Association Conference. Reservoir Studio and PWAG will share curriculum materials related to point of use ceramic water filters and the global water crisis. The title of the presentation is, “Making Clean Water Possible: Potters Water Action Group.” In this presentation, participants will learn how Potters Water Action Group helps communities make ceramic filters that change contaminated water into potable water. Attendees can join a demonstration and receive curriculum ideas to use with your students. We will also solicit interested teachers and artists to join the curriculum project for implementation in their schools, studios, and educational sites.
