Cisco Jabber issues

For those in the PSU community working remotely during the stay at home orders, you probably noticed some issues with Cisco Jabber Unified Communications late last week.

While the issues that were causing functionality problems last week have been resolved, certificates were updated last night which may have created another issue for you.

If you’re getting a certificate error when trying to login to Cisco Jabber now, you may need to perform a client reset. The instructions to perform the reset are located here.
