It was an intense day at the McKenna household as the news about the potential acceptance of my dream school was coming today. It had been a long but well worth it wait since I had applied for admission into Penn State. As I went to school that day I was asked about the decision and if I was into the university or not, but I had nothing to tell them since the decision did not come out till later. Throughout the day the nervousness was intense, and it was all I was able to think about, when I came home from school, I sat just waiting for the news but then after a long time it came. I slowly opened up the computer to then find the news, I HAD BEEN ACCEPTED. I jumped in the air and screamed with joy as I had already known if I was accepted, I would be going there so the decision was clear. After telling my parents they also were freaking out but not as much as me obviously, however we went out to dinner to celebrate the news that Ryan McKenna was going to be a Penn Stater
