As we get started I encourage you discuss what things you are doing to increase your opportunity and the opportunity of those around you. I challenge you to think outside of the box here as we push each other to grow. Are you taking a class or maybe teaching a class? Are you pursuing a degree? How about your involvement in the community? Maybe you volunteer at the local youth center or another organization. Do you travel? If you do what are your experiences with those communities and cultures? Are you simply a tourist or are you taking time to experience something more?
