Lab Alumni: Ph.D. Graduate and Postdoctoral
Scholar
Department of Architectural Engineering, Pennsylvania State University, United States
Education Background
Dr. Lou received her Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Chongqing University, China in 2016. Afterward, she continued her Master’s study at Chongqing University to get her degrees in Management Science and Engineering. In August 2019, she started her Ph.D. study at SBS lab in Architectural Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder and received the degree in August 2022. After that, she moved to Penn State with our lab and worked as PostDoctoral Scholar. She investigated the interconnections among energy consumption, carbon emissions, and economic impacts for sustainable buildings in her Ph.D. thesis.
