The still life is just called “The Storyteller” after my Papa. When I was young I spent a lot of time at my great grandfathers house, sitting on his porch listening to his stories. He always wore his hat from his sons (my grandfathers) quick stop, had a pocket watch hanging from his pocket, and smoked from his pipe. His favorite drink was Moxie, which I remember him always having an ice cold bottle of at his side. His stories are my favorite childhood memories that I get to hold onto even though he is gone.
