Old or Unwanted Electronic Donations
SCROUNGE accepts all types of unwanted electronics and disposes of the them properly for our customers.
Due to changes in regulations, we can no longer accept devices containing cathode ray tubes (old TV’s and monitors).
To donate to SCROUNGE, you will have to set up an appointment to ensure that a volunteer is available to process your incoming donation. To set up a time, please contact a SCROUNGE member by emailing or calling our office.
Any donations given to SCROUNGE will be properly analyzed to see if they are functional or not. All nonfunctional electronics will be scrapped of properly by SCROUNGE’s student volunteers to be recycled or disposed of properly. Any functional materials will be redistributed to other nonprofit organizations that need technology for educational purposes.
