The Penn State SETI Symposium at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center is right around the corner! Here is some important information to “Know Before You Go!”

Check In/General Info: Registration check-in opens at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 18. Please stop at Registration Desk II to pick up your conference materials.
WIFI: Free WIFI is available onsite. No password required, click and agree to terms and conditions once prompted.
Welcome Reception: Be sure to stop by The Senate Suites and Terrace (The Penn Stater) on Sunday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for hors dourves and refreshments.
Symposium Banquet: Please join us for an off-site banquet at Axemann Brewery (2042 Axemann Rd Suite 125, Bellefonte, PA 16823) on Wednesday, June 21 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM. Transportation will be provided.
Meals & Break Service:
- Refreshment breaks: Refreshments breaks will be available daily (Monday – Thursday) at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM at the break station outside of Presidents Hall.
- Lunch: Lunch will be served daily (Monday – Thursday) at 11:45 AM in The Gardens Restaurant
- Posters: Posters will be available to view in President’s Hall. Please utilize the refreshment break to check out posters

Excursions
3:45: Van leaves for downtown dropoff
Return through CATA buses or car any time
4:15: Van leaves for creamery
Departs at 5:30 with stops at Brewery, Spikes, and Penn Stater
5:30: Van leaves for Happy Valley Brewery for Astro on Tap
Two return vans to Penn Stater at 7:30 and 8:30
6:00: Van leaves for Spikes baseball game
Return van to Penn Stater at 9:30 or game end
