The Schreyer Honors College Career Development Program (CDP) is a peer-to-peer mentoring program that pairs underclass Schreyer Scholars with upperclassmen in their major or field of interest. Mentors provide their mentees with advice on scheduling, research, internships, study abroad, and give tips for classic career development areas like resumes, interviews, and networking.

In addition to the mentor-mentee relationship, The CDP offers monthly programs – typically the first Tuesday of each month – on a variety of topics, including LinkedIn, finding research positions, and study abroad among others. All Schreyer Scholars are welcome to attend these meetings.
