Step One: Application
S.M.A.R.T. Applications open on August 24th and close on September 18th. On September 25th, the applications that have been submitted will be reviewed by the S.M.A.R.T Executive Board. After the applications have been received and reviewed, If selected, the applicant will then be emailed by one of the Executive Board members requesting an interview.
Step Two: Interview
Interviews will begin on September 18th. Once selected, the applicant will receive a link to select an arranged date and time for their interview. Once this date has been chosen, the applicant will then submit the form and will be notified via email confirming their interview date and time. In the event that the applicant fails to see this link or in the event that another issue arises, please contact Sierra Binduga (S.M.A.R.T. President) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step Three: Selection
Following interviews, the S.M.A.R.T. Executive Board will review all interviewed applicants and make their decisions on membership based on the S.M.A.R.T. values and qualifications. Students selected to become members of the organization will be notified via email within the week after their interview.
