What’s your role with the Smeal College community?

I hold two positions at Smeal: Director of Honor & Integrity, and Associate Clinical Professor in the Management & Organization department. I interned with AmerisourceBergen this summer. It is one of the three big pharmaceutical distributors in US. The company was also rated 30th in the Fortune list of 2013. One of the projects assigned to me as an intern was to identify top performing Distribution Centers in the network and find out the management practices in those DCs. So we started off by analyzing a number of KPIs and zeroed in on a couple of distribution centers that were clearly outperforming the others.
