Summer Food Service Program

Check out our new updated lunch sites below!

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) ensures that children continue to receive nutritious meals when school is not in session. This summer, USDA plans to serve more than 200 million free meals to children 18 years and under at approved SFSP sites.

The Family and Child Health Project at Penn State is looking to
provide meals to children in our own community for Summer 2018.

To do this we need your help!

We are still looking for:

  •  Sponsors to provide food or monetary donations
  • Local organizations who are willing to provide a fun experience or activity for the children while we are serving lunch (ex: bike ro-deo, drawing class, martial arts, the sky is the limit!)

For more information, please contact us at familychildhealth@gmail.com or (814) 863-3958.

Help us ensure that no child goes hungry this summer.
