Yearly Elections are in November. There are always open roles for leadership however you must be actively contributing to be considered as a leader and therefore keep your role. As of 2024 there will be Role Contracts that will go over the minority of the responsibility of each role. see Summery of The Requirementssection for more information.

What is the focus of each role?
- SLS President (Sociology focus)
- SLS Vice President ( Law focus)
- Both President and Vice President are directors of progress of the organization. They are also the main point of contact for Student Affairs. They ensures all members are aware of the University and Organizations Guideline and jumps in to help the whole of the team on projects. They maintain the project tracker and suggest and add new projects to the tracker. This is the most active role in the Executive Board. (6 to 12 hours weekly)
- SLS Treasurer ( Management of Funds and Communication with Student Affairs for funds related matters)
- SLS Membership Coordinator (Welcome New Members, Sends Emails, and Manage Membership Roster)
- SLS Website Manager (Website and Discord Management)
- SLS Writer & Content Creator (Blogs, Graphics, and Articles)
- SLS Secretary (Leadership Meeting Management, and Organization of Documents)
- SLS Event Coordinator (Host of Events creator of event’s for members)
- SLS Development Strategist ( Creates Documentation of Development, create proposals for activities with documentation on how to obtain set project with staying within the guidelines of both the organization and university, and helps create the end of the year report)
