In Seeing What Others Don’t, Klein proposes a new approach to problem-solving, or obtaining insights. His perspective is based on his interest in performance improvement. Klein proposes that performance improvement is a combination of reducing errors and uncertainty, PLUS increasing insights. Too often in organizations, management only focuses on reducing errors.
