Direct links allow students and staff to click on a link and be taken directly to that page within Starfish. Standard links will only work if a user is already logged in to Web Access before clicking on the link. Direct links will take users to the linked page even after logging in with Web Access and Two-Factor Authentication.
Staff users can link to Service Profiles, Service Appointments, Individual Profiles, and Individual Appointments with which you are personally connected.
