Beginning on August 9, 2018, Starfish is mobile responsive for student users. Faculty & staff users will notice a change in navigation; click the triple bar (or “hamburger”) icon to find your students and appointments tabs. Student users will see the most significant changes. Students will land on their Success Network, allowing them to more directly find people and offices who are here to help. Starfish will be unavailable beginning Friday, February 9 at 9:00pm ET for about 12 hours. Hobsons, the parent company for Starfish, is releasing a major upgrade to Starfish that will require system downtime. A message about the outage will be displayed on the site for the duration of the outage period.
This upgrade should fix the many errors we’ve been experiencing as we filter for flags, as well as some of the slowness we see when the system is particularly busy.
